Use a famous IRC channel. I was on the same situation, since I bught by ebay on US and I live in Mexico.

But believe me, I really not recommend the wm5, I used for 3 days and rollback to wm2003se, most of the aplications don't run or goes mad, the alarms don't work well (in fact this is a very known problem since wm2003), the screen can't be aligned well, and many other issues.

I will wait until Dell releases a new rom image from wm5 to test it again, until then, better to use wm2003se.
