There is a patch. You have to call for it.

Thank you for contacting UpToDate. Unfortunately Windows mobile 5 was
released at around the same time that version 13.3 was being completed.
After numerous attempts we were unable to get a pre-release of Window's
mobile 5, so we could not test the compatibility of the two. As soon as
we were able to get a copy we realized that our program was not
compatible and our developers created a patch to resolve this issue. We
would be glad to send you the cd patch but we would first need either
your product ID, subscriber ID, or the username for your account.
