the standard anwer from a Dell Tech would be to do a 'hard reset' and reinstall each additional application and confirm that your settings have stayed. Then add the next and check and so forth. Be sure you have done a sync prior to the 'hard reset' so your information has been backed up on your PC. I have dome a restore in this way with no problems. I have also done a restore from both a CF and SD card with all of my notes within a calander event and notes within my todos having all of my carrage returns removed. Not sure why just what happened. Since then I have always done a restore from the PC.
