I called back and explained that there was a mistake.
My device wasn't that old. And though it was over the '21 days' I didn't actually recieve my WM5 till 2 weeks ago.
So, in my oppinion, it was still under the 21 day mark.
The tech had to converse with his boss on that one. Came back and explained that I was Technically sort of partly right.
Translate to 'sorry for our flub up'
So, they are sending me an x51v replacement. New, not a referb.
:o)
I'm happy for the moment. Will need to open the box and see it function correctly first though.
