Paid $20 to Handango for HandMark Scrabble nine days ago - at the time the Handango site said I would receive the reg code from the software vendow "within two days."

Emails to both parties continue to go unanswered - as a matter of fact, Handango does not acttually have an email addy for "customer service," only one for "comments" that probably goes unattended - that should have been a clue.

I'm out $20 until I get the reg code.

Just a warning to anyone who trusts Handango when they take your money and tell you that a third party will handle actual product delivery.
