I understand how it works - Handango is like a "PayPal" for retailers - they advertise for them and handle the money transactions with the customers. For many products - Bejeweled, for example - though, Handango *does* provide reg codes directly to the customer at the point of sale.
Handango accepted my payment. You'd think they'd at least answer a simple email asking for help contacting a silent Handmark.
