Find ActivSync v4.1. It is not an official release yet. There is a link to it somewhere on the forum - try the Software/ActivSync section. Then uninstall mNotes, install ActivSync v4.1, then reinstall mNotes and see if that cures the problem. Make sure that you have the very latest version of mNotes - download from the link in the first post.
