Running an Axim X51v high end. Downloaded @ Pocketgear.com, the Sbp Pocket 3.0. Won't install. They don't respond. http://www.spbsoftwarehouse.com/?en and download it directly from their website. Pocketgear sometimes has old versions listed on their site. You can still use your code that you got from pocketgear.
As for your support question. Who is not responding? Did you contact SPB directly or are you dealing with pocketgear? I contacted SPB about an issue with SPB Weather (no WM5 support) and they got back to me within a day and got me a new release that works with WM5. I have been so pleased with their products and support that I now own 4 of their programs for my x51v (Pocket Plus, Diary, Weather, Full Screen Keyboard).
