A file error has occurred." as well - at which point I have to kill the program through Memory Settings. I have tried uninstalling, redownloading and reinstalling, and switching back to ver 1.0 with the same results - always installed to the device itself. Loading a new file then reloading the first one after powering back up, or saving the pdf into the main memory in the first place, avoids the error.
Hmm, this is a memory caching issue, isn't it? (I only actually thought to test the whole main memory idea while typing the above!)

Actually, now that you mention it, I do also get this issue on my x51v, at least with documents on the external card.
