Mobility Site - View Single Post - X51v: Turn on bluetooth via a desktop shortcut?

Is it possible for me to turn on bluetooth using a shortcut on WAD? I have the BTTray file, but when I click it, it doesn't do any thing. Is there another file I need to be using or a way to avoid starting it up by going into settings>connection>bluetooth?
