It appears that (as shown in my edit to my previous post) I load MB at startup and iL later. Do you agree this is a correct analysis? I am unclear as to
why iL is not loaded.
I agree that the PI load was unrelated, but was annoying nevertheless. Appears that was corrected by the removal of the shortcut from the \Windows\Startup\ directory.
