Several of the downloads are CAB files. I keep some on my SD card in case I need them, or a friend with a PDA wants one. :approve: Some are zipped though, so you have to download the ZIP files & UNZIP them, that's normal.
Skype to other Skype users is free, you can use your Axim like a phone in that sense, but I haven't used it to dial a phone, that's not free.
