Thanks for your feedback. I concur. Outlook (and Pocket Outlook) sucks as far as PIM management goes. This is the main reason why I still depend on my Treo650 and PalmOS for my PIM needs - more efficient and more flexible.
Trouble with the Mobile phone number issue is that many of my contacts have more than one mobile number and sending SMS messages is troublesome from my Dell Axim if I need to use their alternative numbers. What a pain! So unfortunately my Dell is relegated to other things like games, some reading and generally non-critical applications :P
