Well, actually you have to do it by hand. I mean, there is no ".skin" file, just a bunch of image files, and you have to actually add them manually to your WAD screen, one by one (New->Dock, select the taskbar image, and so on). Takes quite a while... but there is no easy way to share .skin files for WAD at the moment, since most skinners don't follow a definite set of rules as to where they put the skin files.
