To my surprise when I synced up to my laptop and tried to restore I could not get the Restore/Backup option to appear in my tools menu. Has anyone else run into this problem and if so could you give me a hand getting it to work?

I have tried installing and re-installing active sync several times, performed a hard rest on my X50 and just about anything I could think of to get this to work already. I’m out of ideas. HELP!!!

If no one has a good way of restoring my information can someone instruct me on how to roll back my system to my previous operating system, at least that worked?
