Mobility Site - View Single Post - X51v - Any way to re-Partition space between Storage/Program Space???

Im confused..... My memory display shows

Storage - 195MB -- 173MB Free

Program 50MB -- 27MB Free

Is there a way to take some MB from the Storage side and add more space to the Program side ??
