I've always used MemMaid to move dlls. It tells you which ones can be safely moved (based on user experience), and has a simple interface for seeing which ones are in the Main Memory, which ones have been moved to a Card. You can easily move them back if your software doesn't work.
Some programs won't work if you move the dlls, but even then, for some programs which I use only occasionally, I've moved dll files to a memory card for storage to save RAM, and move them back when I need to run the program!
