I have recorded Tv shows on a DVD-RW. How can I transfer the files to my ppc? I tried FairUse and I get this prompt:

The video in this program chain is not all the same format.
Since AVI files can only contain video of a single format, you must select which section of video you want to convert.
The selections are listed int he order they appear in the program chain. Use the preview window to view each section.

There is no video for me to select and there is noting listed in the program chain. I can view the shows on my laptop. How can I view them on my ppc?
