Hi, you need to reinstall all the plugins because Picard optimizes them every version (this is good for performance and bat. life), at least this is what it seems like.
You can get the whole package install from Mabin's site when it's up (he's got a small download limit - currently his site is down). Here's the link anyway (it'll be up next month)
