Question VLC streaming LIVE video -> TCPMP (pics) How?

hi!
I have a USB camera connected to my PC and VLC is broadcasting the live video from the camera (it's not captured, but it's there)

I have an Axim x50v. I can connect it to the very same PC via Wi-Fi through "Wireless LAN USB Adapter" exactly like this one

All I have to do is to turn the settings to "Access Point" and DELL WLAN can see and connect to it.

BUT I don't know what to do with TCPMP. I tried dshow:// but it didn't work.

Where can I find the path of that streaming video? What should I type in TCPMP "Play" menu? How can I make TCPMP play the USB camera video?
Thanks in advance!

Oh! I almost forgot! I tried couple other things like
1) camera-created web page + Netfront v3.2
2) Windows Media Encoder + WMP on my Axim

NONE OF THEM WORKED
