I have just downloaded, purchased, and registered the PocketMusic bundle 4.02. I am having two major issues with the software on my Dell Axim X30. The following is a snipnet of what I just sent to Pocket Mind tech support. I am open to any suggestions and/or experiences from this forum.

1. All of my music is WMA. I have converted some MP3 files to WMA with Microsoft's conversion utility. These play just fine. However I have some recently purchased WMA files from Napster which simply will not play. The files may get up with 1 second into the track and stop. It sounds like to chopping sound in the headphones. I think this is obviously a protection/licensing issue.

2. I do not really get any bass boosting although I have turned the feature on. My unit is Dell Axim X30 is known to have poor bass, but several online searches recommend PocketMusic as a remedy.
