1. If you want to play songs purchased from Napster you have to use Windows Media Player 10. The only way to play in pocketmusic would be to burn a CD in Napster and then reconvert the songs from the CD to MP3 or WMA.

2. Try going into settings and see if there is a way to increase the bass level.
