Well once you completely uninstall Activesync you can use regedit.exe to remove all Activesync registry keys from the Windows PC. Careful if you mess up the registry it can make windows unusable.
Regedit has an "export" feature that will allow you to export certain branches of the registry for safe keeping if you remove something critical. You may want to search for any pages on the net about advice with "editing the registry" for more tips. Regedit has a "search" feature that will allow you to look for the text "activesync" so you can remove the keys.
Also don't forget to reboot the machine after the uninstall and removing the registry keys. Windows loads the registry into memory at start-up so rebooting after the edits is the best way to go...
