can somebody tell me the number and extension for 30day free upgrade? I called dell and first spoke with some lady with an accent. she said to call in 5 days. Called again and the other lady transferred me to customer care, but the options i chose said they're closed.. i'm confused.. :rolling:

should i pick option for orders and tell them its free for me?
