Depending on whych version of Exchange your company is using. Exchange 5.5 (and 2000, I think) OWA used pop-ups to displace emails and Forward/Reply. PIE doesn't support pop-ups, so you couldn't view any emails, though you could log on and see the contents of your mailbox.

With Exchange 2003 and SP2, you get a few more options:

1. OMA (rather than OWA) supports mobile devices via a web interface that's a bit more managable.

2. SP2 adds push technology to WM5 handhelds, if you have a wireless ISP that's supported.

On the flip-side, there are some PIE replacements that don't have the pop-up limitation of PIE, so using 5.5 OWA may be possible.

Makes sense? If not, forgive me, as I'm just learning Exchange 2003 while planning our migration, and have yet to try all the new mobile features...yet. :love:
