Update:

I can now sync with my work PC (files only and Window Media files as well.

What I did different this morning?
I used my Dell Cradle instead of my Belkin travel kit at work.

I will try to get a refund on my travel kit.

I still have the 1/2 window issue at home even with the Dell cradle.

For some reason my CF card has not disapear since last Saturday...
