Okay, now I'm really getting frustrated with Dell Canada. I ordered a Windows Mobile 5.0 CD from Dell Canada back in September when they started accepting orders for it.

The order confirmation email I received stated my Customer Number,
Order Number, and Estimated Arrival Date of Thursday, September 15, 2005.

Since then, my credit card was charged for the product 4 weeks ago but I haven't received anything. Dell Canada's online tracking system has been showing the product as "in production" for 8 weeks now.

Yesterday I emailed Dell Canada inquiring about the order. Here's the response I received.

We do apologize, we are currently unable to track your order. The software is being shipped directly from Microsoft.

Please accept our sincere apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Your Dell Case number is: 118xxxxxx.

Tehy can't track my order? It's coming directly from Microsoft? Does this sound right? Should I cancel the order and request a refund?
