I, also purchased the Axim two weeks ago, and was hoping for a free upgrade. However, I placed two emails and one online chat session to Dell. They reponded with a resounding no to the free upgrade. Last night's email was really cryptic. A Dell representative said, "Unfortunately, you are not entitled to this promotion offer." What offer?
