Mobility Site - View Single Post - ActiveSync on desktop stays in 'Connecting...' mode

When I connect my PDA with my PC, the icon in the system tray stays in the 'Connecting...' status indefinitely, while my PDA shows that it is connected.

How do I fix this problem?

I am running Windows 2000.
