Mobility Site - View Single Post - applications starting automatically at synchronization

I recently had an error message, telling me that a certain application, which is set up to start itself automatically every time synchronization occurs, could not be started.
Then it asks me:
"Do you want this program to be removed from the list of automatically started applications ?"

So there is a list of a crapload of applications that try to start themselves - does anyone know where that list is at and how to get to it so we can exercise a little more control ?
