Mobility Site - View Single Post - Wait for USB to be ready... ROM fails to update

I just rebooted into XP and tried A03->A05 using AS 3.8 (All of which I used to originally update my Axim) And the same results came up, my Axim froze in "Waiting for USB..." and ActiveSync crashed.
