Nice idea, but I doubt if it's feasible
Do you have access to a wifi hotspot while in your car? if not, I guess you'l have no way to get your PDA and hard drive connected via wifi.
Actually I don't quite understand why you want to get a wifi enabled hard drive for storage. Since your toshiba PDA can do USB hosting, a hard drive with USB interface is good enough and cheaper, isn't it?
