I have been looking at Oncourse BT (a sibling of Globalstat). As per the buygpsnow.com, it comes with a y-split charger which can power both the BT as well as Axim using an adapter to hook to the serial cable end of the Axim (X5 in my case). From the website, it appears that it has to be purchased separately from the pda manufacturer. I went to Dell site where they have a car-charger which apparantly goes into the AC/DC power socket of Axim.

My question is whether Oncourse y-spilt cable can be connected to the Axim AC/DC input power socket?
