A PDA program, perhaps but, doubtful.

AutoCAD has "add-on" programs that can calculate all the "stuff." Very expensive programming.

I use AutoCAD building tanks, pipe, valving, controls, etc.
Some for Georgia Water, Zep Manufacturing & Finazzle Brothers too. Small world.
