while i agree with you that it has been 'solved' many times, i posted this exact same thing and so far over 100 people have looked at it without responding but i did the same thing and it made an incredible improvement. and it is repeatable. start up odyssey and it slows down, exit from it and it goes back to normal. another thing, since i have always had odyssey running i would never get below 208mhz clock. now it goes to 104 a lot. of course this isn't going to fix everyone's problems but if you have odyssey running in the tray at the bottom, try exiting from it and see if it helps. if not.... nothing lost. :approve:
