Mobility Site - View Single Post - Tried to play converted .avi file, error message

alright, so i've taked one episode from simpsons dvd, and converted it through Flask. now i've converted it through virtual dub, and when i go to play it, like the post says, with my windows media player, it gives me the error message 'Cannot allocate memory because no size has been set'. I will try again:(
