All these threads just points to a few things that we all already know. WM5 is sevearly impared and although we think we find all kinds of fixes the only once who can really fix it is MS and Dell.

Odyssey is third party, layered OS software that I am sure Dell never tested throroughly before releasing with WM5 upgrade. Trust me, I have been in the computer industry for 17 years and another 13 in telecom - layered third party s/w testing is the last thing computer manufacturers test. So, we are all free QA for Dell. I am sure they are taking notes from this forum to develop test plans for the next WM5 update. They should think about hiring some of you guys :)
