during my recent battle with dell support ( I wanted to exchange my x51v for the x50v running WM2003SE)... funniest thing the clueless support person said was :
...well sir ... we sold million of these and I only get 1 or 2 calls a month about the unit not working properly "...
I freaked out at her and gave her "aximsite.com" address and tell her to forward the link to her colleagues and invited them to drop by to see what thousands of unsatisfied customers they are producing ... and then I hung up on her ! :D :D
To anyone that's going to chat/phone tech support .. please give them our site's address and do the same, invite them here so that they can "feel" the pressures !! ;) :approve:
