Bought my dell on 6/7/03. I called Home and Office Customer Care at 1-800-624-9897, press #4, press #4 and waited 5 minutes and got through. Gave rep my service tag #, told him I qualifed for the free upgrqade, he said it will be sent in 2-5 business days. Order already on website. Status shows payment method: revenue adjustment.
