My Ear Hurts
Jeez, I have been on the phone with Dell for over 3 hours now and have yet to get my order for the WM2003 upgrade placed.
Sure the customer service reps were nice and all, but they arent going to be paying my freakin' phone bill at the end of the month (I am in the US Army stationed overseas, 800 numbers aren't exactly free).
After being transferred to just about every department Dell has, I get told that they will contact me via email and the phone disconnects...
Why hath thou forsaken me Dell!!!!!!!
