not sure how to respond. Reason being as follows:
- Rikaline (makes many different type of portable GPS units)
- BT-338 (portable GPS unit)
- OCN5 (this is one of the GPS mapping programs I used)
Now, the Seidio G4850 mount is not portable, and is supposed to be a fixture in a car. So, you can move it from car to car, but you would not be carrying this in your pocket like the BT-338 or Rikaline GPS units.
It depends on whether you want portability, or not.
Now, if you're asking about the GPS performance itself, then the integrated GPS in the Seidio G4850 mount might be equal or better to the BT-338 or Rikaline (if they are SiRF III based) since it has the latest firmware 3.1.1.
As for the OCN5 software, it worked flawlessly with the Seidio G4850 mount.
