Yeah, the thing thats annoying is that everything on the UK site eventually links to the US site! so how do we know what applies to US customers and what applies to UK customers? also .. if a dell rep states that DELL CUSTOMERS get a FREE upgrade.. then that applies to ALL customers, not just US customers :hide:
