cheesecake I have a few therys but dont know how to test them. could it be a binary bit some how getting lost on the card? or maybe the Bios cant handle that large of file size. (although cf cards seem to be ok from what ive seen) or here is an interesting idea i had. Could the voltage to the sd card reader be dropping out under heavy load. If you load the files indivually the voltage would have only slight drops. If you put it on a heavy load it would drop even more and more until you get a bad data write hence coruption?
