I use dbpoweramp for file conversion, and it does support direct cd ripping or conversion using wma, mp3, or ogg formats.

Question: have others had trouble with WithMp3 creating error messages? I have it installed to the SD card, and often when turning on the AX get a message saying withmp3 won't start. I don't have it in Startup, but do have a shorcut on the in TDlaunch on the Today screen.
