After talking to a dell guy for like 45 min. and using some learnings from the forum I came with the solution:

Open msconfig from Run menu. on services, I disabled offiscan real-time scanner (thanks to wooch!) and voilà, it worked. So the conclusion is: for all you people with OfficeScan installed, you will have to do this in order to disable the real-time scanning, otherwise you can't do it from the program itself.
