I keep a record of software in 6 places:

The PDA itself
Under a folder in email (Thunderbird) on my PC where I keep the communications regarding the software
Under a folder on my PC where I save the actual original software order in HTML format
Under another folder on my PC, where I keep the actual software install package (current, minus 1, and minus 2 versions)
The registration and key info in SplashID (on my PDA and PC)
On a backup of my PC taken to a USB hard drive (which includes backups of my PDA as it also includes backups of my SD and CF cards that I took to the PC and the PDA is backed up to the SD card)

And the software I run, with hyperlinks (but NO Registration Code Info), is also under the View MyPDA link here at Aximsite!
