I maybe wrong about the 200Mhz bus part but I know that the newer devices use an optimized motherboard for the chip so that the user can wreap the rewards of the chip. Compare this to the Axim which has the PXA255 slapped into the older motherboard which is not optimized for the chip.
I'm don't want to anger many avid Aximites, I am one myself but all I'm saying is that these new devices offer great video performance. This is a multimedia forum and I thought you would be interested in knowing these facts, which you may or may not know.
