psShutXP works good with WM5. It's free, and small and skinable. :)

When I tried doing a soft reset with psShutXP on my X50v running WM5, I got a flood of error messages saying gwes.exe had crashed upon reboot. Maybe it was just a fluke... I've had much better success using Magic Button to do soft resets.
