Does this app work with Windows Mobile 5? Is it necessary to have a registry cleaner for the PocketPC?

(I actually don't have one for my PC now either. Not since RegClean for Win98. I just tried CCleaner and it trashed
Office, which luckily was fixed with a System Restore.)
