Well, I gave MemMaid a try. I figured since I'm a fairly new PPC user it would be a better choice than SKTools. It was easy to use, but after running it my AvantGo stopped working! I thought all I did was delete the cache, but clearly it was more than that. When I opened AvantGo I would get a screen asking for my user name and password. I tried putting it in several times, it seemed to sync, but then when I opened AvantGo I continued to get the same message. I ended up having to uninstall and reinstall AvantGo. I'm not sure what happened, but I guess I will hold off on using MemMaid until I can figure it out.

If you use AvantGo you want to uncheck the AvantGo Cache Files box. Cleaning these files does cause problems with AvantGo. I think most people find out the hard way.
